I have worked in a variety of Graphic and Web Design studios in Auckland New Zealand. One of my previous roles was as a Senior Graphic Designer at HQ Digital working on Kumfs (now Zierra) retail brand among other clients. I have also worked as a Graphic Designer for Ecobags whose product you may recognise from the supermarket.

In recent years I have added marketing skills to my abilities so that I am able to offer a fully rounded service. Responding to current needs I am able to not only create and edit imagery and branding but also create campaigns whether it be social or PPC and optimise, then report on increased rank and engagement.

I have worked as an Art Director in the Netherlands for a internet startup company where I was instrumental in the UI for innovative, early web projects.

At Natcoll design technology I was a tutor in the Graphic Design department where my role involved teaching students the principles of design, the Adobe Creative Suite and pre-press skills. There are many design cowboys out there who claim to know how to design, and what they create may look pretty, but beware those who don’t understand pre-press.  I also taught the illustration module of the course where students were encouraged to improve their skills in drawing, composition and consider how they could enhance their design through the understanding of art.
